I have tried other networks and I have tried other OS's. No internet application can get an ip, but looking the wifi signal on the system tray, everything seems to be ok. The only problem is that when synaptic manager tries to connect on the net to download any updates then I no longer can connect to the internet. ![]() So the problem has to do with my wifi usb card "High-Power wireless-g USB adapter High Gain"Īfter I first installed Mint 11, as a side along to MS Windows 7, using your guides, whenever I log into the desktop on Mint 11, I can use the internet and everything is just fine. Proccessor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40GHz So I have a problem with my wifi usb card. ![]() Hi to everyone! I'm new to Mint 11 and I think I really like it.
